Ingredients
Puff pastry
Salmon
1 medium onion fine diced
1 clove garlic minced
Knob of butter
Splash of oil
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 handful of grated parmesan
Salt
Pepper
2 good handfuls of spinach
1 handful breadcrumbs
milk wash
