Hi, this is a cardio workout for the whole body that will make you fitter quickly. Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs - that is the core of this workout - so you will get toned legs and buttocks in no time. We alternate rhythm and flair with athletic movements to train your entire body. Become stronger, fitter and strengthen your legs and glutes.
You can set the scooter to different heights, I have it at the highest position. You work for 40 seconds and you have 10 seconds of rest between movements.If you do not have a step increase, you can also perform the exercises without a step increase. Let's do it together.
