Brisket can be an intimidating cook, but what if I told you that for more money, you can pretty much guarantee a delicious brisket every time? Well Wagyu has entered the chat because this cut of beef has so much delicious fat marbling in it that it's near impossible to screw it up. That extra money spent well have you cooking with confidence in no time, and this recipe is super easy. You'll have a harder time staying sober than you will following these directions. Cheers!

- 1 whole American Wagyu brisket (10-12 lbs)

Optional Binders
- Worcestershire sauce
- Yellow mustard
- Olive oil
- Hot sauce
- Beef broth
- Apple cider vinegar

Seasonings
- Swine Life Prime Beef BBQ Rub
- Cattleman's Grill Lone Star Brisket Rub

Other Ingredients
- Beef tallow
