This 20 minute standing workout is a quick routine to sculpt the lower body, improve core stability, and move the spine a bit as well! The addition of single leg balance movements will really fire up those glutes and leg muscles.

This pilates standing routine is perfect when you are looking for something quick and effective, are short on time, or want to stack 2-3 routines for a full body workout. You may want to grab a chair, or something you can hold onto if single leg balance movements are too difficult. Using this modification is always encouraged so that you can keep moving! Also, standing on a hard, flat surface will help with balance as well.
