Barefoot Shoes CHANGED MY LIFE (As an unathletic nerd)

In this video, I share my personal journey into barefoot shoes (AKA minimalist shoes) and how they have transformed my feet and overall fitness routine as an unathletic nerd. After experiencing constant foot pain, knee pain, and back pain while wearing traditional cushioned shoes, I discovered the benefits of minimalist footwear and decided to give it a try. I started with a pair of Vivobarefoot Primus Lites and soon realized that my feet had been trying to tell me something all along. While the transition was challenging at first, I persevered and now have stronger, more defined calves, thicker callouses, and no more foot pain.
