Half Moon Peach Pie Recipe

Pie Crust Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 150grams of butter
• 1 cup of Evaporated Milk

Filling Ingredients

• 1 big can slice of peaches
• 1 packet of Instant Vanilla Pudding
• 700ml of full cream milk

Steps
1. Empty sachet of Instant Pudding mix into the jar of milk
2. Beat these ingredients together for 1 minute and leave it aside to set for 15 minutes
3. Drain the juice from the can and chop the peaches into bite sizes
4. Add the peaches to the pudding mix and stir to combine
5. Prepare the pie crust by adding and mixing all the dry ingredients together
6. Mix the butter into the flour until they're well combined
7. Use the sifter if need be to make sure that the flour and butter are well incorporated (follow the video demo)
8. Add evaporated milk and mix to form a soft dough.
9. There is no need to over mix
10. Once it's ready roll out the pastry to a desired thickness
11. Add filling and close the pies pressing the sides in and create a pattern.
12. Bake in a preheated oven @ 160° Celsius or 360° Fahrenheit
13. Bake them for 20 minutes or more depending on your oven temperature until they're nicely cooked and golden brown
14. Let it cool down a bit then remove from pan.
15. Serve and Enjoy!
