Saint-Saëns: The Swan【Violin】｜Eimi Wakui

"The Swan" is one of the fourteen pieces in "the Carnival of the Animals" composed by Saint-Saëns (1835-1921) in 1886. It is loved by many and is probably the most famous of the suite. It was written for cello and piano but is also widely known as the music for the ballet "The Dying Swan".
In this piano and violin performance, the piano creates the image of a sparkling lake surface, while the flowing melody of the violin represents a swan gliding gracefully over it.

This time, I chose to wear a white and blue dress, overlapping the image of the swan and the lake!
