今天我會跟大家說下女性胸部的體態. 其實很多病人問我有什麼運動可以提升我們的胸部?讓我們穿衣服的時候我們的體態會好一點. 如果胸部是鬆弛時候其實後背都是會比較緊張引致寒背. 而寒背也會引起頸膊痛或是肌肉酸痛的. 隨著我們年紀大當然我們的皮膚也會鬆弛而女性的胸部其實也是會鬆弛的.....

Today I will talk about how to improve saggy breasts. Many patients ask me if there are any exercises to lift our breasts. So that when we wear clothes will look a bit better. And if the breast is saggy, our back will be more tense and become hunchback, and cause neck and shoulder pain. Maybe muscle soreness as well.
