A short but effective 25 minute lower body mobility sequence for you to follow along with at home! This sequence starts with some joint work for the spine, hips, knees and the ankles to help with range of motion (ROM) as well as joint lubrication. We then flow through two sets of five drills that will help activate and prime key muscle groups of the lower body. A perfect way to help warm up the lower body before training or after a day of sitting! Suitable for everyone. So let's get moving and grooving my dudes!
