If you want to release stress, increase your flexibility & mobility and enjoy a gentle full body yoga stretch, then this 30-minute Flexibility Yoga Flow will be perfect for you. We are going to release tension in the body, stretch out our legs and hips, open the chest & shoulders, as well as increase our spine flexibility. We are moving slowly and mindfully today, so always make sure to stay connected to your breath, listen to your body and only go as far into a pose, as your body allows it. ✨

In this flexibility yoga flow we are holding the poses for more breaths than usual, as we really want to give our muscles the time to relax in order to let go of any tension you might be holding. Focus on your in- and exhalations and try to go a little bit deeper with every new exhale while staying completely present. 🌙
