How to Assemble Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Reverse Flow Offset Smoker

In this video, we will show you how to assemble Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Offset/Reverse flow Smoker.

Instructions:

Install washers and wheels on short legs
Secure with locking pins
Start bolts in the threaded holes on all legs
Fit legs to smoker chamber and lightly hand tighten the bolts
Attach the bottom shelf to legs with bolts - hand tighten only
Attach warming surface plate to firebox lid
Secure with bolts and nuts and tighten
Attach the firebox lid to the firebox chamber with bolts and nuts
Tighten all firebox nuts
Fit firebox to the smoking chamber
Secure with nuts and bolts and tighten
Stand the smoker right side up
Tighten all leg bolts
Tighten bottom shelf bolts
Attach handles to the smoking chamber and firebox chamber lids and tighten nuts
Install pull handle and secure with screws
Choose whether you are setting up the smoker as reverse flow.
Insert smokestack plug and smokestack into relevant smoking chamber outlets and secure with screws
Install front shelf
Install temperature gauge and tighten with nut
Fit fire grate and cooking grate or fire basket in the firebox
Fit fire grates and baffles to the smoking chamber
Install cooking grates in the smoking chamber
