Today, we have 9 hearings in a case with a couple where Dad has filed a motion for contempt after he
claims Mom took their daughter and moved to Oregon with her despite the fact that she didn’t ask the
court for permission to move nor Dad did not agree with with it.


Dad says he’s also had the child full-time for the last month after Mom came to him and told him that her
home wasn’t a safe environment for the child and now he’s worried for her well-being if she were to
return to Mom’s care.


Dad has also motioned the court for a temporary restraining order to halt any visitation between the child
and her mother because he says he’s been informed that Mom’s boyfriend is abusing drugs and using
those illegal substances in her home.
