I often get asked by clients for exercises that will strengthen their upper body, give tone and definition to their arms & shoulders. So with that in mind, I have created this video.

Be patient …. Listen to my cues …. Be sure to engage your core to stabilise your spine and hips and let’s isolate the work to achieve our goal. Your arms and shoulders will feel the burn. When you get tired, rest rather than starting to use your spine movements to assist .

By the end of the workout, you will find the effort & work that’s gone into completing the workout.

Repeat….repeat….repeat and let’s keep getting stronger.
