This 45-minute bootcamp alternates cardio and strength rounds. We are using 8 pound dumbbells durning this workout, but use what is best for you! We show each cardio movement with a low impact alternative. This class is for EVERYONE. You can do this class whether you are a beginner or you are an expert. Pause us and take breaks when you need to!
