15 MINUTE SANDBAG HIIT WORKOUT

If you’re looking for a super intense, challenging workout, then this is the workout for you. Be sure to do a proper warm up before diving in, and some stretching afterwards. My sandbag is 75 lbs but you can use any weight that feels right. This workout will put muscle on and burn fat.

8 exercises per round
1 min rest between rounds

Deadlift
Sandbag Lunges
Pushups
Sandbag Squat
Curls
Shoulder pulls
Sandbag throws
Plank bag pulls
