This yoga flow is perfect for those who think that stretching is boring. It is quite an active workout that will test your strength, balance, functional movement and mobility. Flexibility will be approached from a more dimensional point and you will feel the difference.

Poses you can be expecting in this practice: Lunges, Warrior III, standing splits, pigeon pose, half splits as well as interesting, more demanding transitions between those asanas and full floor splits towards the end. I would advise you to do your own general warm up and at least a few Sun Salutations before you begin our class.

This practice will be suitable for those more experienced practitioners who are still working on achieving floor splits and those who can do the pose but would like to get more comfortable in it. I encourage you to move alongside your breath, be mindful of how intense your stretches feel and stay patient. It can be advised to work on this sequence 2-3 times a week.
