TOTAL BODY fitness and strength.

This workout will hit your CORE first, warm up your spinal mobility and then tone your body head to toe with plank challenges, single leg kicks, and some cardio jump work. Moving from one piece of equipment to another changes up the routine, similizes a cross training effect, and keeps your body moving and thinking. You will work your upper body, lower body, abs, and your back ! This workout is about endurance and fitness while keeping a moderate pace. You will never sacrifice form for more repetitions. Quality not quantity. Strong, focused and precise work to make a leaner and stronger you.
