I tasted this cookies and straight away fell in love with it ❤️  This is one chocolate cookie that you have to try baking.  It’s so easy to make and doesn’t make a lot of mess, but to get the right texture is not easy.  I suggest you use all premium ingredients to achieve the best taste.  It takes a very short time to bake and with the right temperature, you will get the best texture.  That being said, it all depends on how you like your cookies to be.  If you want it a little crunchier than you can bake a little longer.  The original is said to be crunchy on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside but some likes it melt in the mouth.  Whichever texture you prefer, the taste of the chocolate cookie is still delectable. Bila saya rasa je biskut ini kemarin, terus saya jatuh cinta ❤️  Ini adalah salah satu biskut coklat yang saya rasa awak patut cuba.  Sangat mudah untuk dibuat, tetapi untuk mendapatkan tekstur yang terbaik bukanlah mudah.  Saya cadangkan awak gunakan semua bahan2 premium untuk mencapai rasa yang terbaik.  Ia mengambil masa yang sangat singkat untuk membakar dan dengan suhu yang sesui, awak akan dapat tekstur yang betul.  Walaupun begitu, semuanya bergantung pada bagaimana awak menyukai biskut awak.  Jika awak mahu ia lebih rangup sikit, bolehlah bakar lama sikit.  Yang ori, dikatakan rangup di luar dan sedikit kenyal di dalam tetapi ada yang suka yang “melt in the mouth”. Mana-mana tekstur yang awak suka, rasa biskut coklat tetap sedap.  Saya harap awak pun suka dan boleh menikmati biskut menggunakan resipi ini, sama seperti saya

Preheat oven to 160°C for 15 mins

Yield : 90 – 95 pcs

\\ Ingredients (Bahan-Bahan)

155g     unsalted butter (mentega tanpa garam)
50g       castor sugar (gula kastor)
100g     brown sugar (gula perang)
2tsp      vanilla essence (esen vanila)
190g     top flour / plain flour (tepung superfine / tepung gandum)
35g       cocoa powder (serbuk koko)
½tsp     baking soda (soda bikarbonate)
1/4tsp   cinnamon powder (serbuk kayu manis)
150g     chocolate chips (cip coklat)
1/2tsp  salt (garam)
1tsp      flaky seasalt (garam kasar/kepingan)
