Preheat oven at 160°C for 15mins
Yield : 110 - 115 pcs

// Ingredients  

120g     salted butter  (if you use unsalted butter, add 1/4tsp salt)
110g     castor sugar
100g     brown sugar
195g     plain flour
12g       potato starch
1/2tsp  baking soda
1           large egg
1tbsp    vanilla essence
200g     couverture choc buttons  

For topping:
Sea salt
Dark choc callets
