Lentil bread Ingredients:
Red lentil 1 cup (200 grams)
Cocoa powder 2 tbsps (10 g)
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp (4 g)
Baking powder 1 tsp (6 g)
Lemon ​juice 1 tbsp (7 g)
A pinch of salt
Flour 2 tbsps (30 g)

Lentil bread recipe:
First, soak the red lentils for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, drain the red lentils and place them in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of water.
Then, blend with a blender.
Add the salt, sugar, cumin powder and cocoa powder and stir.
Add the flour, baking powder, and lemon juice, and mix well.
Line a baking dish with baking paper and pour the prepared mixture into the dish.
Bake the bread in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
Your delicious lentil Bread is ready.
