Glutinous rice balls are a type of traditional Chinese pastry. It is also known as "lo mei chi". The most common fillings are egg yolk custard, red bean paste, or sesame seed. I chose to use sweet potato instead for this recipe to be healthier. This pastry can be kept for 2 days at room temperature (but you'll most likely have eaten it all anyway!)

Ingredients (makes 8 pieces):
90g - Glutinous rice flour
10g - Wheat Starch
10g - Corn Starch
100g - Coconut Milk
40g - Milk
25g - Sugar
15g - Cooking Oil

Filling:
200g - Sweet Potato
1tbsp - Condensed Milk

Coating:
40g - Desiccated Coconut
