How To Make Quick Decisions In Tennis

In order to play tennis well in matches, we need to make very quick decisions because even at recreational level the ball flight time from the opponent to us is less than 2 seconds.

One way you can learn to make decisions faster and execute strokes without hesitation is to preload most likely shots in your mind.

In other words, you need to already know in advance what you will do if opponent hits shot cross court and what you will do if opponent hits down the line.
