Rice bag filling, palletizing, and pallet wrapping line.
The FILLstar bag filling system fills openmouth bags, deaerates the bag to remove excess oxygen, and then seals the bags closed. In the end station of the bagger, the bag turner and bag kicker can position the bag with the top side facing upwards and lay it flat on the conveyor belt.
Included in the line is a checkweigher with in-line rejection belt. The bags then go up to the SYMACH palletizer for gentle high-level bag palletizing. The palletizing head positions the bag carefully and precisely. The palletizer stacking cage keeps the stacked bags within the pallet dimensions and prevents bag overhang. No bag overhang makes logistics after palletizing easy. A topsheet is placed over the top of the pallet to protect against dust. The pallet wrapper then wraps the pallet to increase pallet stability.
