The Mike Clevinger Kettlebell Drill or Kettlebell Back Leg "Feels" Drill is a drill Mike Clevinger's trainer @dieselfitness originally posted on social media around the time he had a large increase in velocity. Specifically, he stopped extending and began to ride the back side hinge and rotate into landing.

After trying this drill (and trust me, we try hundreds of them), this has become one of our favorites to address the linear move. This video covers what we love about the movement and how we have adapted it and coach it with our athletes.
