This video demonstrates easy home leg exercises for paralysis patients. Patients who are taking Paralysis treatment from Sai Sanjivani has to take proper medications as advised by doctors and perform exercises on a daily basis. If paralysis patient no longer moves, then he/she can regain movement in legs. Physiotherapy helps to improve and build strength in the affected muscles. Exercises for standing, balancing, coordination, leg stretching, foot drop & ankle drop are presented in the video.

Things you will need: Elastic band, NEURO M MASSAGE OIL, table/chair, rubber band, gym ball, wobble board, and foam

TOP LEG EXERCISES IN PARALYSIS:
1. Leg exercise using chair and table by holding the chair from the normal body side and lifting the legs sidewards of the affected part.
2. Leg exercises by Leg Raises means raising your legs one by one and instruct th patient left, right, left, right to raise their legs.
3. Leg exercises Using Foam piece by standing on a foam piece of around 2 ft and try to balance on it.
4. Mirror - Image Exercise means doing exercise in front of a full length mirror so that the movement is clearly visible.
5. Leg Exercises though Side way leg Raises by taking the support of a table on the normal side and then raise affected legs slowly side ward.
6. knee Bend Exercises for Leg muscles by folding your knee upward to stretch the legs.
7. Forward - Backward Leg movement Exercises in which you have to move your legs forward and backward one by one . it helps in opening the muscles.
8. Side wall Exercises by standing on the support of the wall and sit and stand slowly with your back touching the wall.
9. Leg Movement Exercises using Rubber band in which rubber band is put inside your foot arch and then it stretches the leg muscle.
10. Body movement using Passive Exercises ( With the help of a assistant) . it is done by assistant in which he lifts the leg of the patient and provides support to him.
11. Leg movement by Rubber Band Wrap Exercise in which an elastic band is wrapped starting from the base of the feet and tied on the vest and move slowly.
12. Body movement Exercises using rubber band by lying on the floor and moving your toes slowly which is wrapped on the foot to entire leg.
13. leg exercises using Gym ball by sitting on a chair and rolling your leg using the ball and also push your leg on the ball by putting the wall in front of the wall.
14. Balancing exercise using Wobble board in which stand on a wobble board and move your body and try to balance on it without any support.
15. Wobble board exercise with the support of a chair in which try to balance your body and take anti - clock wise and clockwise rounds on the board.
16. Foam exercise by standing on a piece of foam and raise your calf of the feet. Foam should be thick and of around 2 feet .
17. Up and down on foam exercises includes standing on a foam and then going up and down on foam and then on floor . It provides comfort to the legs.
18. Stand on a foam and rotate your toes clockwise and anti -clockwise so the movement of the foot becomes easy.
19. Sitting Exercises and leg lifting in which patient is required to Sit on the chair and raise your leg to the 90 degree and hold it for 5 seconds. and then do it with another leg.
20. Sit on a chair and lift your straightly forward and hold it for 5-6 seconds and then do it with another leg.
21. Paralysis patients has to tie a knot on the foot with a rubber band and move the affected foot side ways slowly.
22. paralysis patients has to put the tied rubber band on the thighs and stretch your thighs 5 times side ward one by one .
