INGREDIENTS
550g of cherries
260g (1 1/4 cups) of sugar
120ml (1/2 cup) of water
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
240ml (1 cup) of 95° alcohol

METHOD

1. Pit the cherries, they must be fresh.
2. In a small pot, boil water with sugar, cloves, and a cinnamon stick.
3. Let the sugar dissolve completely, then remove from heat.
4. Now it's time to add the alcohol. Stir well.
5. Pour the cherries into a jar, fill it up completely, and pour the syrup to the brim.
6. It must rest for at least 7 days. Once the time has passed, filter the liqueur, set aside the cherries,
and pour it into a beautiful bottle. The longer you let it macerate, the better it will be!
