All of us have different skin types unique to each of us. The health of your skin depends on
your genes, hormones, environment, and overall health.
Skin can be broadly categorized into dry skin type, oily skin type, and combination skin type.
Whichever skin type you may have, you would always want to keep your skin glowing, presentable, and healthy.

Some tips on how to keep your skin clear.

Tip 1 :
Be careful about what you eat/ be careful while choosing your diet.
See, what you eat and drink is really important for the health of your skin.
Your diet should be balanced with all the essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals in the correct amounts.
Citrus fruits like oranges, limes, grapefruits, oranges, and gooseberries are extremely important
for skin health, as they have Vitamin C. Dry fruits like walnuts, almonds are good for the skin as they have nourishing fats that make the skin smooth and soft.
It is important to eat seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables, carbohydrates like roti and rice, fats like ghee and butter, protein-rich foods like eggs, chicken and mutton, paneer, pulses, and soya.
Adding all these nutrients can make your diet well balanced and is very very important for your overall skin health.

Tip 2: Sleep
We all need at least 6-8 hours of sleep every night.
Not sleeping well for the required amount of time may make your skin dull and lustreless, cause dark circles under your eyes and lead to pigmentation on the skin.

Tip 3: Exercise
Exercising improves the blood circulation in your body. Improved blood circulation nourishes and rejuvenates your skin cells, giving you a glow on your skin.
When you exercise, your overall health improves and your skin also becomes healthier and begins to glow.

Tip 4: Skin Care
It is just as important to have a skincare routine as it is to exercise and have healthy food.
A lot of times, people think that following a skincare routine requires a lot of effort and costly cosmetics and fancy products. Whereas, taking care of your skin is simple and very beneficial as well.I will share a very simple skincare routine with you.
First, you need to wash your face with a really good facial cleanser.
Don’t scrub your face while washing or wash your face too often and definitely don’t use harsh soaps.
Avoid exfoliating your skin too often as this can irritate your skin and cause it to become dry. Moisturizing your skin properly will help it become soft and smooth.
Another really important thing is to always apply sunscreen before stepping out of the house. Sunscreen protects our skin from the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays. It helps prevent tanning and pigmentation related problems like melasma and dark spots.
You can apply any broad-spectrum sunscreen 15 minutes before stepping out of the house and
reapply it 3-4 times per day, depending on your sun exposure.
Follow this simple skincare routine.

Tip 5:
A lot of us suffer from acne, pimples, tanning, and dark spots. You have to always keep in mind that you should never break or pop your pimples with your hands. Doing this can lead to pigmented spots or scars on your face. Following a good skincare routine, eating a healthy diet and following a healthy lifestyle can do wonders for your skin!
One thing that you should always keep in mind is that you shouldn’t use any unknown products. Before using any product, apply it on your elbow or a small patch on your body to test it.
