DAHIL TRENDING ANG CEBU, let's bake TORTA CEBUANA or TORTA BISAYA

We are siblings who want to do our versions of the foods we crave. We check out food choices, cook, and give in to cravings. :) As they say, food is life. :)

Ingredients:

1 cup All-purpose Flour
1 cup White Sugar
1.5 tablespoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Milk (Evap or Fresh)
3 pcs Egg
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Essence or Extract
2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1/4 cup Orange Soda (Royal or Mirinda)
1/4 cup Oil (Canola, Vegetable, or Coconut)

P.S. We suggest for you to use Cupcake Liner (cupcake parchment paper) in order to remove the Torta easily from the molder.
