Here is a 30-minute Cardio HIIT class that can either be taken as a WHOLE or taken in two parts. Each section of this workout is about 14 minutes long. Feel free to split it up and come back later to the second part. Everything in this workout is low-impact (which means no jumping). Don't worry, low impact does NOT mean low intensity. You don't need any equipment at all!
