양떼목장

대관령의 알프스라는 홍보 문구가 결코 과장이 아니다. 오히려 이곳만이 간직한 아름다움은 알프스보다 친근하게 다가온다. 동고서저로 이어지는 동해안의 아름다움을 하늘에서 내려다 보듯 두 눈에 담을 수 있는 장소다. 옛 영동고속도로의 대관령휴게소에서 연결되는 산길을 따라 10여 분 정도 원시림을 오르면 숨겨진 비밀 장소처럼 양떼목장이 나온다. 탁 트인 초록 잔디 위로 자유롭게 무리지어 다니는 양떼의 모습과 푸른 하늘은 찾아오는 사람들에게 여행에서 느낄 수 있는 자유로움을 진하게 느끼게 해준다.
