This is one of my go to ways to make this flavourful soup, as the ingredients do not compromise or alter the original flavour's, no fuss, quick and easy recipe, takes literally no time to make.
The noodles becomes fat and juicy by absorbing half the soup whilst resting off the heat, paired with some frozen Sweetcorn kernels, Edamame beans and Peas caramalised a bit in a little oil to maximise flavour and finished with a garnish of spring onions. You cant go wrong, I have made lots of these noodles with different ingredients, but this is one of my faves as the ingredients do not compromise or alter the original flavours of the soup.


Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 spring onion (scallion), thinly sliced (I used just the green section)
50grams of Sweetcorn (I used frozen)
50grams Edamame beans (I used frozen)
50grams of Peas (I used frozen)
550ml of water (as recommended on the back of the packet)
