Hi everyone!

Neck pain is felt by most of us at some point. What you need to do is work on stretching and strengthening the neck area for more balanced and supple muscles.

This video will take you through the best and easiest stretches to provide fast relief from neck pain.

Be mindful to move gently and not push these stretches too much , and do when you are warm ( not cold.)

You could start with a quick neck massage using your finger tips to warm it up a little.

The second part of the video will show you a very effective way to strengthen the deeper neck muscles in just a few moments.

Do seek the advice of your doctor or physio if you have persistent pain or an injury.

This should help, the advice is general.
