How To Make Soya Milk | Homemade Soya Milk
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup soya beans
3 cups water
STEPS:
1. Wash soya beans and drain.
2. Soak soya beans in water fot at least 5-6 hours.
3. After soaking for 5-6 hours, use strainer to drain the water.
4. Using by hand crumple the soya beans to remove the skin.
5. Put in a bowl and fill some water then remove the skin.
6. Using blender, puree the soya beans with 3 cups of water.
7. Using cheese cloth or any fine cloth, strain pureed soya beans milk.
8. Transfer filtered soya beans milk in a small pot then cook for
8-10 mins medium to high heat.
9. Stir constantly to avoid burning and sticking the milk at the bottom
of the pot.
10. Milk is ready, you can add sugar or honey to taste.
