Edyta Górniak – 'Love Is On The Line [Radio Edit]' (1996)

Описание к видео Edyta Górniak – 'Love Is On The Line [Radio Edit]' (1996)

Edyta Górniak is a million-selling Polish singer, songwriter and TV personality, best known for being the first Polish artist to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994. Her entry, 'To Nie Ja' ('Once In A Lifetime') came second in the contest, and it remains the highest placing Poland has achieved at Eurovision to this day. Edyta's 1996 single, 'Love Is On The Line', was written by Kylie Minogue and Rapino Brothers (Charlie Mallozi and Marco Sabiu - not real brothers!), who also produced. It came from sessions for Kylie's self-titled Deconstruction debut, which was released in 1994, but the track didn't make the cut. Kylie's original leaked many years ago, if you didn't know! Released only in Poland, on the EMI label in 1996, Edyta's vocals essentially replace Kylie's on the same Rapino Brothers production, of which there are four mixes on the CD single (if you can find a copy). It was never included on any album.
