INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of oil
1 full kettle of boiled of water
4 mugs of rice
1KG of lamb back chops (or whatever meat you want)
2 large onions sliced
2 medium sized tomatoes roughly chopped
1 frozen piece of garlic & ginger or a tablespoon of each of the paste
tblspn cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
4 black cardamom pods
1 tspn of black peppercorns
1 tspn of cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2½ tbspn of salt
