Ingredients and seasoning for this dish.

* 100gms Slice chicken or pork marinated with
1 tbs oyster sayce, 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp corn flour.
* 15 Slices of fish balls or fish cakes as much
* Prawns
* 3 cloves Chopped garlic
* 1 beaten Eggs beaten
* Vege of your choice

Add after adding stock or water

* 1 tbs Oyster Sauce
* 1 tbs Soy sauce
* Thick dark Soy for color (depends how dark you want.
* Chicken Stock powder (optional)
* Salt according to taste
* Pepper
* Corn flour mix with some water for thickening depends how much gravy you prepare. add more if not thick enough.
