SWEET POTATO SPICE BREAKFAST OAT GROATS

3 cups water
2 cups whole oat groats
2 cups chopped sweet potato
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Add all ingredients to your pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes. Release the pressure manually and mash the sweet potato right in the pot using a potato masher. Serve with your favorite toppings.
