These moves help you integrate ideas like walking past the disc, the pump, and footwork in good posture. The key idea is that your body should always be in balance and rocking naturally back and forth to support and then sling the weight (disc). By practicing rocking back and forth in a rhythm with patience, the burden to learn timing also decreases because it becomes part of the natural movement.
