Brownie Oreo Ice Cream - With a touch of Vanilla on the Musso 4080 ice cream machine

Today we are making a for us long awaited new classic.. The Oreo Ice Cream, its with a twist tho as it is Brownie flavored and Vanilla base Ice Cream.. Truly Wonderful.. Pls let us know if you feel the same way about it :)

Ingredients:
300ml Whole Milk
150ml Cream
150g Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Paste (optional)
1 Egg Yolk
a pinch of salt
Brownie Oreo's, we used a whole package. ♥

The Machine we are using to churn the Gelato/ Ice Cream is a Musso 4080. It rotates with 80 rotations per minute whipping a lot of air into the Cream which gives it a very smooth and nice texture. Truth be told, we havent seen any IceCream storebought this good.. It is really amazing.
