Let's Make - Peppermint Choclate Ice Cream

Ingredients:
300ml Whole Milk.
175ml Cream.
120g Sugar.
Peppermint Extract - to your taste - We used 1/2 tsp.
Dark Chocolate with mint - To your taste - We used ~80grams.
A Pinch of Salt.

The Machine we are using to churn the Gelato/ Ice Cream is a Musso 4080. It rotates with 80 rotations per minute whipping a lot of air into the Cream which gives it a very smooth and nice texture. Truth be told, we havent seen any IceCream storebought this good.. It is really amazing.
