Making S&OP Work, Part 1: An Intro to Implementing S&OP

Furthermore, you need to have a standardized way of presenting this to your business, so that all departments can read and come to a similar understanding of what’s being presented to them. By doing this, you eliminate the need to translate what is being presented as you move from one family to the next, and everybody has a common way of speaking about your process.
