Mini Plait Loaves || Bread for Tea Sandwiches- Episode 168

Ingredients and Measurements:
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp. softened butter (unsalted)
2 tbsp. softened shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar (2 tsp. used in the yeast)
1 packet of yeast
1/2 cup warm evaporated or whole milk (to prepare the yeast)
1/4 cup warm water (for the yeast as well) + more to knead the dough
extra butter for greasing the baking dish and basting the finished bread
