Chiffon Sponge Cake
Ingredients
Egg Yolk - 6 nos
Caster Sugar - 40gm
Vanilla Extract-1 tsp
Fresh Milk - 60gm
Corn Oil - 60gm
Cake Flour - 120gm
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Egg White - 6 nos
Caster Sugar - 90gm

Chantilly Cream Filling
Ingredients:-
Non-Dairy Cream - 100gm
Dairy Cream - 100gm
Caster Sugar - 20gm

Preheat oven at 160°C
Baking Temperature :- 160°C
Baking Time :- +/-18 minutes
