Sudbury Hall in Derbyshire England home to the Vernon Family a 1660s Baroque Jacobean style mansion

Sudbury Hall built between 1660 and 1680 and home to the Vernon family was gifted to The National Trust in 1967... it was "themed" by The National Trust in recent years and branded as The Childrens Country House, this included the Saloon being themed as a party room complete with glitter ball, speech bubbles next to portraits, chests full of toys and child sized interactive features... we have filmed trying to show the original beauty of this house we have edited out all the children and their running around and screaming to try and capture the house as it would have appeared before this "theming" took place... enjoy our unique content ✨️
