A classic Spinach and Indian cottage cheese dish, fresh tasting and vibrant green in colour. Ideal eaten as an side dish to other contrasting curries.

'Saag' in Hindi means 'Leafy Vegetable', so can refer to Spinach, Coriander, Fenugreek/Methi and so on. The dish is also commonly known as 'Palak' Paneer, with 'Palak' specifically meaning Spinach.

Serves 2-4 as an accompaniment.
