One Shot Wonder - AcroYoga Flow

An Acro Yoga flow, including simple washing machines, whips & whip-pops, dynamic transitions, hand-to-hands, static poses, icarians and pops. It was filmed in one shot! 🥳

✨ This is a flow combining all our favorite moves from summer 2020 until summer 2021. It evolved during the lockdown and we are happy that it kept us motivated and filled with energy and enthusiasm.
