Prawn Pickle Recipe | Goan Prawn Balchao

Ingredients

For marination
prawns 1 kg
salt 1 tbsp
a pinch of turmeric powder

For masala paste
25 red dried chilies
vinegar 1 cup
pepper 1/2 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 tbsp
2 pieces of cinnamon
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger

For the seasoning
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
10-12 curry leaves
5 green chilies
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 onions
salt as required
