This is Left Side Glide in Standing. This exercise was popularized by the McKenzie Method (MDT). It is a very effective reductive move for some types of low back pain

Programming: 10-15 repetitions 5-8 times a day.

Goal(s): Maintain an upright posture, keeping the hips and shoulders in the same plane. You need to feel a strain or stretch while doing this. If you do not, move your feet further away from the wall

Progression(s): Feet further away from the wall
