Does that sound odd? Maybe you’re expecting me to talk about relationship skills, communication or understanding women…

Self-governance is the key to all of that.

Self-governance is about how you relate to the most important person in your life - yourself.

Healthy self governance is calm and grounded.

When you have a healthy relationship with yourself it impacts the way you relate to others. For example:

If your partner gets angry or hurt, you have the humility to honestly assess your actions or words and take responsibility for your mistakes, WITHOUT taking on blame or guilt for things that are not your fault.
