South Dakota vehicle registration collaboration with East Coast Classics

Did I leave Texas? No. But thanks to Chris from East Coast Classics I found a better way to register my vehicles... register them in South Dakota. No need to get a vehicle inspection and I will save about $50 to $100 every year! I learned some things doing this and I share what I learned.
